We hopped back in the car and drove to a nearby target (how I wish we had targets in canada!) we had the rest of our picnic (in the car) and then headed in. I got a really cute bathing suit, a shirt and *gasp* a pair of shorts. I haven't worn shorts (unless it was for a job whilst lifeguarding) since my childhood, I don't even own any. mum bought herself some stuff so target was a win. next we went to burlington coat factory. unbeknownst to us, it's where all the super ghetto black people in buffalo shop. it was entirely full of pregnant 16 year olds pushing their other kids around in strollers while buying really cheap knock-off purses. kristin bought a bathing suit there, but otherwise there was nothing that wasn't super cheap and ghetto. from there we did the walden galleria..it was cool, I bought a couple things (like new dress pants! I've managed to undergrow every single other pair I own so I've been in desperate need of some new ones.) kristin bought some stuff too. we had olive garden for dinner (it's our mum's favourite restaurant in the world), it was delicious! afterwards, we went back to the galleria and then shopped until it closed. we did the drive back (we tried looking for a krispy kreme..are they completely gone now??) and spent ANOTHER HOUR AND A HALF waiting to get across the border (it was like 11 at night and it was packed.) we got home by 1.45ish and all headed to bed soon after. so even though we spent an absurd amount of time waiting at border crossings, it was worth it :)
